This morning, the House Judiciary Committee is hearing testimony on Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. The hearing will consist of testimony from two panels of witnesses, one closed and one open to the public. The closed portion of the hearing began at 10am and the open portion will begin once the closed portion is concluded.
